"A Waldorf Reader for Extra Lesson Work." Designed to serve as an instructional tool for the teaching of reading from printed texts. The stories are simple, based on fables, fairy and folk tales so often used in the standard Waldorf language arts curriculum.
Some of the longer stories are divided into short chapters, most stories are two pages in length, all are chosen for engaging material, and encouraging a love of reading!
Written by longtime Waldorf Educator Arthur M. Pitts, with lovely, soft, charcoal illustrations by Ausa M. Peacock, a graduate of Queens University, Ontario, Canada in Fine Arts.
